Eligible students are defined as U.S. Inbound Expatriate students of the school enrolled full time. Persons for whom coverage is prohibited under applicable law will not be considered eligible under this plan.
For purposes of this plan, a U.S. Inbound Expatriate is a student who attends community college outside of his / her country of citizenship and attends in the United States.
The Company maintains its right to investigate student status and attendance records to verify that the eligibility requirements have been met. If and whenever the Company discovers that the eligibility requirements have not been met, its only obligation is a refund of premium, less any claims paid.
